ژاله رفاهی هستم، دکتری مشاوره، دارای سابقه تدریس و کار بالینی در حوزه روابط بین فردی، ازدواج و خانواده از سال 1376 تا کنون . سابقه کار در آموزش و پرورش استان فارس وشهر شیراز را به مدت 7 سال از سال 1376 تا 1383 در پست های کارشناسی اختلالات یادگیری و مشاوره دارم. تجربه دبیری علمی و اجرایی کنفرانس بین المللی و ملی را درکارنامه خود دارم. در حال حاضر مدیر مرکز خدمات روانشناسی و مشاوره رشد تحت نظارت سازمان نظام روانشناسی و مشاوره ایران در شهر شیراز و سرپرست موسسه آموزش عالی اندیشه جهرم هستم. دارای 10 کتاب تالیف یا ترجمه،44 مقاله در مجلات خارجی، 38 مقاله در مجلات داخلی و 120 مقاله ارائه شده در همایش های داخلی و خارجی و همچنین داور چند نشریه ومجله علمی پژوهشی ومدرس بیش از 10 عنوان کارگاه در زمینه ازدواج و خانواده
