With the increasing trend of population and consequently increasing the need for food intake, including bread that is the main basket of goods in Iranian family, the need for integrated management for establishment of bakery and production of bread is more crucial than ever. Lack of adequate regulations and lack of enforcement of existing guidelines, to positioning the bakery is important factor in the increase in traffic, wasting time with unnecessary trips, waste too much of the bread with the purchase, reduction in the quality and quantity of bread production, is smuggling of flour and other cities. The study aimed to assess the current distribution pattern of bakeries in the city and determine the optimal location for the construction of a new bakery in the city of Yazd. Effective criteria in finding location include population, the radius of operation; access, use neighboring parking and urban development were identified. The final weight of the criteria set by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been done. After weighing software environment (GIS) in geographic information system the most appropriate place on the map identified. Historic ۳ position for a new bakery and for the region three ۲۱, for two ۱۳ and district one ۲۰ were the new bakery location
