Measuring Judge Specialty Instead of Courts Specialty

Today world pay a lot of attention to specialty courts for investigating litigation. Sometimes this necessity is due to it is due to its complexity. But in all litigation, relation between courts performance and litigation result with society benefits with crime commit and social damages say we should considered one special court for litigation investigation. But something we will see in Iran legal system assigned to court and not expert court. It seems we can apply expert legal cadre and used units toward and favorite tribunal. But forming legal complexes like family legal complex, ((Economy legal complex and government employee’s legal complex have management base and followed legal management programs and it don t mean expert court since expert judge is by expert judges
