Population, Sampling Method and Sample Size

The population contains a number of desired elements having at least one specific trait or characteristic; a specific trait refers to a trait which is common among all elements of the population and can distinct a population from other populations. Khaki, 2001 has not used statistical methods to calculate the sample size, due to the nature of the research. Based on the opinions of experts in the fields of energy and finance, sample size is not important in this study. Management of National electricity grid is very important economically because it can prevent the construction of new power plants with heavy cost due to the need of the society. Therefore, the load should be managed through some strategies like installation of multi-tariff counters, using CFL, standardization of equipment, incentives and punitive policies for low-power and high-power consumers, and education and public awareness can be very important in the economy of the country
