The effectiveness of compassion-based therapy on the efficacy of mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder

Introduction: The aim of the present study was to Investigate the effectiveness of compassion-based therapy on the efficacy of mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder. Research method: project was semi-experimental and pre-test-post-test type. The statistical population consisted of mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder in Qom province in the first half of ۱۴۰۳, ۳۰ people In each group (۱۵ people) were selected by available sampling method and were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. People's self-efficacy is designed to respond and at the end they were treated with compassion-based therapy during ۱۰ sessions of ۹۰ minutes. Findings: The obtained results indicated that the effectiveness of the treatment based on compassion on the efficiency of mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder is significant. Conclusion Based: it can be concluded that the treatment based on compassion can be effective on the efficiency of mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder.
