بررسی شناسایی انگلهای خونی بز در استان بوشهر

Prevalence of blood parasits and amount of P.C.V. in goats examined in bushehr province during 1395-2397 was determined by examination of about 2223 blood and 50 tissues speciments. PCV was measured and the results in shown in the table attached with this paper. 3% of total blood speciments were infected with Babesia ovis and that of theileria ovis was 0.18%. Only 4% of tissue speciments showed blue kokh bodies. Prevalence of babesia ovis in plain region was 14.7 that of mountainous was 32.3% and in coastal region was 25.9%. All of the therleria infected speciment seen in coastal region. Seasonal prevalence of babesia ovis in spring, summer and outumn were 51.4%, 39.7% and 8.8% respectively. Sexual prevalence ob babesia ovis regardless to female goat dominance in this province was 91% in female and 9% in male Age- prevalence was 100% in goats more than 3 years old.
