بررسی و انتخاب از توده ها و نسل های در حال تفکیک در گندم نان و آزمایش مقایسه عملکرد سال زراعی مقدماتی ‭1388-1387‬

In this study, 196 F2 population which had been received from karaj and 119 F3,F4,F5,F6,F7 and F8 were evaluated under space planting and mist irrigation conditions. During growing stages, each plant of population and generations were evaluated and the plants of each generation with best agronomic characters, stress tolerant and diseases resistant were selected. The selected plants on the basis of Modified bulk pedigree method were separately harvested and the seed selection for each plant were also used. At finally the 82 populations from F2, 26 accessions from F3, 61 single plants from F4, were selected for evaluating, in F3, F4, F5 of next year respectively. Although, 36 wheat pure lines obtained from F6 to F8 with desirable agronomic characters and disease resistance were selected to evaluating in preliminary yield trial of Ardabil Agricultural research station. 16 pure lines obtained from segregating generations of last years were evaluated in no- replicated preliminary yield trial with two checks (C-80-4 and Gaspard). 8 bread wheat Lines were selected based on desirable agronomic characters, high yield potential, diseases and abiotic stress tolerance. These lines will be evaluating in advance yield trials of next cropping season years
