بررسی امکان کنترل میکربی سوسک سیاه گندم ‭( zabrus tenebrioides(Col. Carabidae‬با قارچ های بیمارگر حشرات

‭The Wheat Ground Beetle, Zabrus tenebrioides (Col. Carabidae) is an important cereal pest in our country and some European countries. Serious damage causes plant destruction & wilting. To evaluate the potential of entomopathogenic fungi in control of this pest, field-collected adults were maintained in appropriate conditions and exposed to EPFs isolated from different hosts and geographical regions. The bioassay were carried out by submergence method with concentrations of 105, 106 and 107 conidia/ml of Tween 80‬ض ‭solution in three replicates and 10 insects in each replicate and exposure time of 60 sec. The results showed relatively low efficacy (effectiveness) of EPFs on the pest. ANOVA of mortalities proved significant differences among the isolates. Duncan grouping classified DEMI 002, showing the highest mortality (52.22%), as level A and other isolates as level B. In case of DEMI 002, LC50 value and 95% confidence intervals of 7.21*106 (1.68*106, 6.76*109) and LT50 value of 13.37 days at 107 conidia/ml were obtained..‬
