Wheat is one of the most crop in rotation for saline lands of Fars, Golestan and Tazd provinces. Due to high cost of reclamation of these lands, selecting high yielding genotypes are more necessary under this conditions. In this regard, some wheat genotypes that selected from last year experiments were compared with Kohdasht, Kavir and Bam cultivars at saline and non-saline conditions. The experiments were carried out as random completely block design with three replications. Mean comparison showed that, there were significant differences among grain yield of genotypes in each location. Grain yield of genotypes significantly correlated with biological yield and harvest index in saline and non-saline conditions. The correlation among grain yield in saline and non-saline conditions and mean productivity (MP) and Salinity Tolerance Index (STI) were significant. Thus, biological yield, harvest index and Salinity Tolerance Index (STI) could be considered as effective criteria for selection of wheat genotypes under different saline conditions. In Golestan province lines number 62 (74.6302), 56 (BOW/URES) and 44 (RL6004) were selected based on grain yield, yield stability and infected diseases percentage. Line number 34 (PF70354/BOW) in Yazd province and lines number 34 (PF70354/BOW), 46 (PUSA/EDCH), and 73 (H499.71A/JUP) in Fars province were also selected as premier lines.
