Abstract During - , in two years microplot experiments, different mixtures of Caduzafos nematicide ( G) and Paecilomyces lilacinus fungus were evaluated at two generations of root knot nematode ( Meloidogyne spp.) on tomato seedlings. The fungus was applied in suspension of spores and wheat straw inoculum. Ten treatments [ seven protected treatments by nematicide and fungus with soil solarization, healthy plant and nematode infected plant ] were comparied in a CRB design with four replications. The result showed that the fungus was isolated from soil(s) and rhizosphere( R ) and ( > 1 S R ) in many treatments. In the first generation this ratio was more in the wheat straw inoculum than spore suspeusion treatments ( P< . ). The percentage of egg masses and eggs parasite of the first generation were not significant but in the second generation they were significant. The number of galls, egg masses and reproduction factor (RF) in the nematode treatment were significantly more than other treatments ( P< . ). The recent parameters in soil solarization treatment were not significant with protected treatments. Root weight(except ) and yield (in both years) were not significant among soil solarization, healthy plant and some protected treatments but significant differences were observed among these treatments and nematode treatment. In this experiment the best treatment among protected treatments was nematode+ nematicide + spore suspension + wheat straw inoculum.
