جداسازی و تعیین هویت عوامل عفونتهای قارچی جلدی در حیوانات آزمایشگاهی

Today, laboratory animals as one important tool in biomedical researches and have used scientific centers and universities. According to the Federation of European Laboratory Animal Science Association(FELASA) the issue of animal health is very important for certain groups of diseases and causative agents such as some fungi that they be monitored monthly based on once- three month. During two years, laboratory animals (guinea pigs, rabbits, rats and mice) that had produced in the breeding section of Razi Institute were randomly selected . All of their body surface fungal lesions were reviewed and examined. Out of animals, rabbits, pigs, five rats and three rats with suspected fungal lesions were selected and the result of test indicated that no any fungal pathogens. Hair Samples from the healthy animals were shown some fungal saprophytes including of Penicillium, Aspergillus niger, Rizopus, yeast(spp), Aspergillus fumigatus, Alternaria, cladosporum in the guinea pigs, rats, rabbits and rats.It should be mentioned that the temperature and humidity in the breeding room was recorded in accordance with the international standards. we suggest that the study to determine the animal body surface normal flora is necessary to be done.
