چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

The land under irrigated and rian-fed sunflower cultivation has been reduced due to its low seed yield as compare to other crops during recent years. Sunflower grow as a spring planting in drylands of cold and semi-cold areas of Iran but in these areas due to limitation and distribution of rain sunflower flowering and seed filling face to serious drought stress. To produce drought tolerant lines of sunflower attempts started in 1996 and led to select S7 inbred lines. The general combining ability (GCA) of these inbred lines determined then synthetics varieties provided. Then, These synthetics varieties and inbred lines evaluated in two different moisture conditions and superior genotypes selected. In this study to revaluate the 17 synthetics varieties and 22 inbred lines and also five check varieties planted in 2 rows with 4 meter length and 60 cm row spaceing in Sararood Agricultural Research Station. Genotypes planted in RCB design with three replications Some agronomic triats recorded during growth season then after harvesting seed wieght and seed and oil yield calculated. The results of analysis of variance showed significant differences between genotypes for all triats in 1% level of probability. The checke varietes were the latest flowering and maturing genotypes and in other hand synthetics varieties were the earliest for these characters. Mean of stem diameter, head diameter, 1000-seed weight and seed yield of synthetics varieties were higher than inbred lines and check varieties that showed the direction of selection was toward earliness with high seed yield which was due to increasing yield components. Also it reviled that lines combinations which provide synthetics varieties were successful combinations because their yield and yield components were higher than inbred lines and check varieties. Finaly, all 17 synthetics varieties and 15 inbred lines alongwith 4 check varieties selected. These genotypes will evaluate in different locations to determine the the preliminary adaptation in next year.
