جمع آوری بذور گیاهان مرتعی بمنظور تقویت و تکمیل بانک ژن گیاهی (جمع آوری وشناسایی بذر لگوم ها وتهیه نقشه پراکنش آنها)

In order to identify and conserve gene pools of natural resources and making seed gene bank of Range land plants , the first stage of this investigation including collection , idnetification and providing map of the legume plants during 4 years (1992 1996) was carried out. During 201 field operations , 614 samples from 167 locations were collected . The collected samples belonged to 7 different genus folliwing Medicago (271 samples) , Trigonella (113 samples) , Astragalus (65 samples) , Trifolium (39 samples) , Vicia (11 samples) , Onobrychis (10 samples) , Lathyrus (9 samples) and 97 samples which have not been identified yet . The Medicago genus with 7 different species had the greatest samples . As follow minima , noaea, orbicularis , polymorph a, radiata. Rigidula and turbinate . After following out the sampling , the distribution and other geographical informations for each , genus and family are available by special soft ware named Plant Gene which was programmed by author.
