چکیده مقاله:

In today s competitive environment, empowerment is enabling a tool to assist administrators to improve organizations and developing new markets. Empowerment can be defined as strengthening forces and human resources for effectiveness and efficiency of the activities of the organization. In recent years taken a strong focus on human resource development in the field of marketing that has left a significant impact on the productivity of human resources. Which can include the fields of human resource training, marketing, human resources outsourcing, skilled human resources, to determine priorities of human resource development.., on the basis, the present study was to evaluate the impact of training on employee empowerment in marketing services (sales and marketing staff also had a scholarly study of airports in the country). Research method is descriptive-survey and data collection tool was a researcher made questionnaire, and sample size includes about 63 people and marketing and sales of specialized personnel of Airports of the country. Results of this research show that there is a significant relationship between educational marketing and empowering sales staff in the level of 0.05 percent.
