چکیده مقاله:
This research was conducted to formulate model for the growth of the managers of the Education and Training Organization in many provinces using the Foundation Data Theory. The Research data on the conceptual scope, the study of the dimensions and components affecting the managers growth, the strategies related to the phenomenon and the managers’ upshots in this section have been analyzed. The research field has been the general Education Departments of the provinces in our country. The methods to collect information are in the multiple qualitative data. According to the research questions (questionnaire), the interview technique was used semi-structured. The research sample included 21 managers of education organizations in the provinces of the country. Sampling in mostly qualitative methods is mainly purposeful and theoretical. The model of the improvement of Waldal and Winesthenly (1998) who have considered the three-dimensional model of the improvement of the managerial skills, individual growth and organizational growth for the growth of the managers, and Zimmerman and Mai (2003) consider the managerial model for the programs designed and developed for the personal, organizational, professional and educational development.In order to motivate managers and their implications in this research, we use the depth interviews with organizational managers and their analysis using the data theory method of the foundation. As result, we can achieve the following factors:1- The causal conditions (specialized knowledge, inherent ability of management, psychological characteristics and personality traits)2- Mediating conditions (acquisition of management experiences, organizational competence, utilization of day-to-day knowledge and meritocracy in the organization)3- Strategies (use of other people thoughts, good interactions with colleagues, the ethical values, the influence and leadership the cooperative management style and positive look to the future)4- Outcomes (organizational performance enhancement and human resource development of the organization.According to the findings of the research, it is conclusively suggested that the managers have the skills to manage them in order to prioritize program managers and meritocracy in their organizations.
