چکیده مقاله:
Childhood , a period in which all moral roles such as cultural, social , and effective ones are formed. Children know family and school as a place for getting information such as fidelity, and honesty. Responsibility of all social immoralities and political, social, and religious misbehaviors is attributed to child hood. Observing customs and manners and Islamic morality is weak and instead strengthening children's body become more important.Specialists oversee schools perpetually for visiting physical status of children and play special administrative role .frequent sessions are held for enhancing the learning and teachers' better dominance on training subject. The new methods of teaching are written and after surveying much , they are executed until the role of culture become dominant. However, when Islamic values are posed , diversity and flexibility of Islamic behavior are summarized in those training programs. Islamic morality must be apparent in manager, teachers, training staffs and mentors. Regarding Islamic veil, speech and using words and instruments and orientations and so on must be along Quran and religious courses and prophets saints' manner. So morality has an important role in growing students' personality, and helps children achieve final aims and grow morally and then reach God 's satisfaction. This article surveys the role of Islamic morality in growing children's personality, and getting the purposes of elementary school.
