چکیده مقاله:
The aim of present study was to recognize the factor which affect the human resources mental and psychological dimensions and their measurement method in a high organization, the employees of Iran- air industries organization. The statistical sample was as descriptive – correlational investigation. The statistical sample was include all employees in one of the sub-groups of Iran- air industries organization which was equal to 250 persons and based on krejsi and morgan table, 104 person were selected using available sampling methods.The research instrument were include the personality characteristics questionaree, the mental health questionaree and the productivity scale (organization elevation). 15 hypothesis were suggested and were answered using person's correlation test. The results showed that there is a positive and mental health. Also there is a positive and significant relationship between extraversion and mental health. there is a positive and significant relationship between mental health and conscientiousness. Also the relationship between openness regarding the experience and mental health was positive and significant. Also there is a positive and significant relationship between productivity and mental health.
