چکیده مقاله:

Cancer is a genetically driven and biologically heterogeneous disease characterized by the accumulation of somatic and germline alterations that disrupt normal cellular regulation. Recent advances in next generation sequencing have enabled comprehensive profiling of tumor genomes, revealing diverse mutation patterns across and within cancer types. However, translating this vast genomic information into clinically actionable strategies remains a significant challenge. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with cancer genomics has emerged as a powerful approach to address this complexity. AI based algorithms can analyze large scale genomic and multi omics datasets to identify driver mutations, predict therapeutic responses, and stratify patients for targeted treatments. This AI guided genomic profiling supports the advancement of precision oncology by tailoring interventions to the molecular characteristics of individual tumors. Furthermore, machine learning models enhance early detection, risk assessment, and monitoring through analysis of circulating tumor DNA and other biomarkers. Despite challenges related to data standardization, validation, and ethical considerations, the convergence of genomics and AI holds significant promise for improving diagnostic accuracy, therapeutic effectiveness, and overall patient outcomes in cancer care.
