Assessing the Impact of Housing Policies on Population Dynamics and Sustainable Urban Management

This article examines the impact of housing policies on population dynamics and sustainable urban management. Housing policies not only affect citizens' access to adequate shelter but also influence population distribution, quality of urban services, and sustainable city development. In this study, using domestic and international case studies, statistical data, and trend analyses, the effects of housing policies on population movement, urban density, and sustainable urban management are analyzed, and improvement strategies are proposed.
