چکیده مقاله:
The present study aims to elucidate the physiological foundation of Balance Massage as an intelligent bioregulatory system. This approach, initiated and founded by Vahid Nasari, is based on the theory of neuro capillary co regulation. The central research question investigates how intelligent rhythmic touch can shift the human body from a defensive sympathetic phase to a restorative parasympathetic state. The theoretical framework is grounded in the principle of allostasis, referring to the body’s dynamic capacity to sustain balance between excitation and relaxation through neural, capillary, and fascial networks. The research method is analytical descriptive, employing clinical data and contemporary physiological sources to examine the response of muscles, fascia, and visceral structures to rhythmic touch synchronized with breathing patterns.Findings indicate that coordinated stimulation of Ruffini and interstitial receptors in the skin and fascia reduces sympathetic activity, enhances vagal tone, and improves HRV. Furthermore, the molecular pathways of NO, IGF ۱, and mTOR are activated by synchronized touch, reinforcing tissue repair and angiogenesis. Results suggest that the concept of “language of the body” in Balance Massage provides a foundation for designing non invasive rehabilitation protocols and assessing indices of physiological safety. Overall, this research introduces Balance Massage as a comprehensive model of multi system regulation, marking a transition from mechanical therapy to intelligent physiological healing.
