چکیده مقاله:

In our field experiments, we examined how acid and alkaline phosphatase activity, ureas, and dehydrogenase change throughout the season. Alkaline and acid phosphatase activity showed a seasonal pattern. Alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly higher in spring, and acid phosphatase activity was significantly higher in autumn. Average urease was significantly influenced by season. The average urease in spring was considerably higher than that in autumn. The results showed that average dehydrogenase in spring was higher than that in autumn, but the difference between average dehydrogenase in the treatments (spring and autumn) was not significant. The results of correlation analysis indicated that there was no significant correlation between arbuscular mycorrhizal percent colonization and acid phosphatase. Also, the results showed
