Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common type, happening worldwide. Carcinogenesis is frequently caused by irregular expression of genes liver cirrhosis is an important reason for the risk of HCC and hepatitis virus hepatitis B (HBV), which shows the highest liver cirrhosis that lncRNA is involved in liver pathogenesis. circRNAs may be promising biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of HCC as well as active therapeutic targets. Methods and results: For this research, a gene expression data set based on the fine array of the public base GEO (NCBI GENE EXPRESSION OMNIBUS (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo) found that the gene extension numbers for the data set on the GSE۱۶۴۸۰۳ holder with GPL۱۹۹۷۸ from a total of ۱۲ samples, ۶ samples The tumor and ۶ non-tumor samples are the marginalized data from the Agilent file. Notably, in acute myelogenous leukemias, the EPS۱۵ gene was found to rearrange, suggesting a role for EPS۱۵ in tumorigenesis and development. In addition, Eps۱۵ was also found to be involved in endocytosis and cell growth regulation. Therefore, EPS۱۵ may affect the signaling efficiency of EGFR and be involved in the development of some tumors. Conclusion: Increased expression in tumor tissue compared to tumor margin tissue with consideration ۵ > LogFC > -۵ and p-value < ۰.۰۵.
