There are many conflicts in any relationship. Learning how to manage these conflicts and conflicts will not only solve your problems, but also make you have a stronger relationship with your partner. Regardless of how big or small a couple's problem is, most of them need help to solve their problems. This is where the importance of couple therapy becomes clear. Couple therapy is the most effective solution to relationship problems that arise between couples. Couple therapy is a type of psychotherapy that helps couples deal with and resolve conflicts and problems they may be facing in their relationships. This therapy is used when couples want to not only solve their current problems, but also improve their relationship. Couples therapy as a counseling course helps troubled couples to strengthen their bond and improve their communication skills. As a result, they change the pattern of interaction, which will help them create a more stable relationship in the future. Attachment-based therapy is a style of psychotherapy that can be used to treat mood disorders, anxiety disorders, unresolved childhood trauma, and relationship issues. The goal of this approach is to help people resolve past traumas and attachment wounds that stem from childhood. Attachment-based psychotherapists believe that the roots of common psychological disorders and communication problems are attachment issues. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of attachment-based couple therapy on sexual satisfaction and intimacy of couples with marital conflict. Couple therapy based on attachment theory ameliorates marital relationship by improvement of sexual satisfaction and intimacy.
