چکیده مقاله:
The use of artificial intelligence technologies is increasingexponentially, and the important thing is that any technology thataffects adults will have secondary effects on children. The role ofartificial intelligence in children's lives is interesting from howchildren play and how they are taught, how they protect informationand learn about it. Therefore, this article examines the correlationbetween children's rights in the context of the rapid development ofartificial intelligence and the resulting differences. Artificialintelligence has the capacity to change many aspects of a child's life, and while it can have correlation effects, it also brings contrast. Thepresent article is descriptive and analytical using the theoreticalmethod and using library and internet resources and data analysis. Thefindings and results of the research indicate that the most importantkey aspects of the difference in privacy violations are data security, discrimination and digital ethics. Therefore, the risks related to thecollection and processing of children's personal data by artificialintelligence require the creation of effective privacy protectionmechanisms. In addition, the safety of children's data, especially in thecontext of the use of robots and smart toys, and the safety standardsthat should be considered in the development of such systems. Also, the problem of discrimination that may arise in the systematic use ofartificial intelligence, so the developers must ensure the fairness of thealgorithms in order to avoid discrimination against children. Finally, the ethical aspects of using artificial intelligence, that is, theresponsibility of developers and the need to observe digital ethicalprinciples in all aspects of its use, must be observed. As a result, action at the level of legislation, technological standards and ethicalprinciples, guaranteeing safety, privacy, non-discrimination and moralresponsibility in all aspects of the use of artificial intelligence is necessary to ensure and protect the rights of children in the age ofartificial intelligence.
