Each person in turn has a share in education and children'srights, such as teachers, parents, employers and the government. Highquality resources can affect the results of the education system.However, children's rights can be easily forgotten. This rarely happensto governments. For example, asking for help from the perspective ofchildren happens when the discussion is about education and politics.Of course, in many ways, this issue is the same in the educationagenda for all qualified people. Everyone knows the services of goodand qualified teachers and proper planning and standard resourcesaccording to their needs, but education needs to reach beyond that.The present study is based on a descriptive-analytical method andbased on documents and library sources, and in this regard, bystudying international documents, with a practical purpose, theobtained information is analyzed. The Convention on Children'sRights has done the necessary details in an international way anddemands respect for children's rights. In particular, the Conventionprovides a clear set of instructions to ensure care for children in allmatters. Achieving these goals involves respecting and valuingchildren as participants in education, if fully implemented.
