چکیده مقاله:

Rumi, as an anthropologist, mystic, ethicist, social reformer, and Islamologist, has provided profound lessons for human growth and excellence. Unlike many mystics, Rumi has not ignored the social dimension of human life. So, although the endless ocean of Rumi's thought does not directly address the management knowledge, but because it covers all areas of human life, is full of unique teachings for the most vital areas of management. Due to the complexity, metaphorical and allegorical expression and the astonishing depth of Rumi's works, we have used a qualitative approach and Foundationalism methodology to understand and deduce these teachings. Accordingly, in this research, we deal with Rumi's teachings about management in two categories: Underlying philosophies of management from Rumi's perspective and Teachings from Rumi in specialized and applied theories of management. In the first part, we explored the issues of decision -making, women's management, time management, and ethical leadership. In the second part, we paid attention to the three basic fields of utilitarianism in management, anthropology and systemic thinking and discussed them from the perspective of Rumi. In each section, after examining the general aspects we discussed today's challenges in that field from Rumi's perspective. Finally, the results classified into three categories and suggestions made for the continuation of this research.
