چکیده مقاله:

The e majority of primary liver cancers in adults worldwide are hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs, orhepatomas).Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most lethal cancers globally. The purpose of thisstudy is to find the key genes in Hepatitis B Virus-Associated Hepatocellular Carcinoma Gene expressionprofiles of GSE۵۵۰۹۲, GSE۹۴۶۶۰, GSE۱۲۱۲۴۸ from the GEO database were obtained and analyzed.Therewere ۱۲۰ HCC samples and ۱۳۸ nontumour tissue samples Functional assessment of DEGs was performedby Gene Ontology (GO) and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG).enrichment analysesshowed that these DEGs were mainly enriched in cell division and DNA replication biological processes, nucleoplasm and microtubule cellular components, protein binding molecular functions, and cell cycle andDNA replication pathways.Key genes were selected by the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network andfurther validated by GSE۲۵۵۹۹ clinical data. Through protein– protein interaction analysis,۱۴ Key geneDEGs were indicated,includingCDKN۳,CCNA۲,PBK,CCNB۲,CCNB۱,MAD۲L۱,FEN۱,CDC۲۰,TPX۲,BUB۱B,TOP۲A,RRM۲,ECT۲,CDK۱. that closely related to the of hepatitis B. In addition, in comparison with normal tissues, the expressionlevels of TOP۲A, MAD۲L۱, CDC۲۰, and CCNB۲ were higher in HBVrelated HCC. In conclusion, ourresults suggest that CDC۲۰ and TOP۲A might serve as a key gene for prognosis and as a therapeutic targetfor HBVassociated HCC
