چکیده مقاله:

A typical cancerous tumor, some cells slough off the edges of a tumor and are swept away by the bloodstream or lymphatic system. These so-called circulating tumor cells (CTCs) can remain loose in circulation, cluster together as they travel, or lodge themselves in new tissues. Whatever their path, their common originmeans that CTCs hold information about a tumor, information that researchers think could be key to cancer diagnosis or treatment. CTC enumeration based on multiple markers using the nanotube-CTCchip enables dynamic views of metastatic progression and could potentially have predictive capabilities for diagnosis and treatment response. This paper investigates the role of the nanotube-CTC (circulating tumor Cells) chip in identifying circulating tumor cells. CTC chips are a new technology that is involved in identifying epithelial cells isolated from tumor cells. Releasing cancer cells into the bloodstream is an ongoing process, so identifying them in the bloodstream is a complicated process. In order to use CTCs in distinguishing cancer cells, it is necessary to detect cancer cells inthe metastatic pathway from the hematopoietic around them.
