چکیده مقاله:
Infertility can be defined as inability to conceive after at least ۱۲ months of regular unprotected sexual intercourse targeting the female partner’s ovulatory period. It affects ۱۵–۲۰% of couples of reproductive age; in about one-third of cases, the cause is male factors, and in another third, a mix of male and female factors.۱Various conditions can induce male infertility, including asthenozoospermia, i.e., reduced sperm motility. Asthenozoospermia is a common clinical case that includes ۳۰ % of male infertility.۲ Multiple factors may be involved in the onset of asthenozoospermia, and to understand them it is important to identify the role played by the genes involved in the sperm motility process.۳ Immune system and infertility linked to one another About one-third of infertile people have immune system problems۴. In this study meta-analysis was applied to analysis the microarray and RNAseq data for Asthenozoospermia and Immune system and system biology analysis to find hub genes in these two kinds of data. After analysis, we chose IL۶ST to investigate the expression of it. IL۶ST is one of the most important genes in the Immune system and plays an important role in the cellular signaling pathway.Result: After examining the expression of IL۶ST in Asthenozoospermic patients and normozoospermic men, we found a significant decrease in expression.
