چکیده مقاله:

Objective: The purpose of this article is to classify gamification apps for children’s nutrition and show their usages in nutritional behavior in children.Methods: This research is an applied study that was conducted in ۲۰۲۱ by systematic review method. Using the keywords of apps and mobile applications, children, nutrition were performed in various databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect and Google scholar in the last two years from early ۲۰۱۶ to ۲۰۲۱.Results: In this study, ۲۸۳ English articles were found which were included in the study after reviewing ۹ articles. The most satisfactory app from the users' point of view (۹۱%) is “School Lunch Maker! Food Cooking Games” that was developed and used in early ۲۰۲۱.Conclusion: This systematic review has identified a variety of apps that may be potentially useful to improve nutrition in children by using the gamification apps. the primary result of using the game app was a change in general nutrition knowledge. The secondary output of the change in nutritional knowledge was related to beverages, foods containing whole grains, fruits and vegetables, foods containing animal and plant proteins in children.
