چکیده مقاله:

The present study was the role of balanced emotional empathy, emotional expression and alexithymia in predicting the job burnout of autistic children's coaches in Khuzestan. The statistical population of all coaches was children with autism disorder in Khuzestan province in 2018. Sample size included 110 lecturers who were randomly selected from a community. The instrument for data collection was Maslach burnout inventory (MBI), Balanced Emotional Empathy Scale (BEES(, Emotional Expressiveness Questionnaire (EEQ), and The Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20 (TAS-20). The results of Pearson correlation showed a reverse and significant relationship between emotional empathy and emotional expressiveness with job burnout and a positive and significant relationship between alexithymia with job burnout. The results of regression analysis by inter method showed that emotional expressiveness and objective thinking were the ability to predict occupational job burnout (0.51) from autistic children instructor. Therefore, with the improvement of balanced emotional empathy, emotional expressiveness and alexithymia of the children's anatomy, they can be stepped up to improve the job delivery of instructors.
