Social and cultural impact of developing TOD and TOC in the 20th District of Tehran focused on Beheshti Neighborhood

Since the routes expanded in past between cities and later cities developed near main paths, this has always been one of the most important challenges for urban planners and urban architects which make them develop cities and access paths. In modern societies Traffic management and means of transportation becomes the most important factor to develop cities Therefore, before constructing transportation channels, all aspects of them are should be analyzed. One of the issues that has a major impact on decision-making in urban change is its social and cultural impact. In this research we will observe Social and cultural impact of developing TOD and TOC development in south of Tehran which has been published in another paper that cause major changes in Neighborhood that called Beheshti. To do this research in first Transit-oriented development (TOD) has analyzed to find opportunities to develop nearby zone in two scales so predicted changes and developments effects on culture and residential society, second, we believe in large scale we can have Transit-oriented community (TOC) development by help of local residents to achieve this cultural development is essential, despite all cons because of densification expands near central zone, but also additional financial and educational developments can be advantageous.
