چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

The pistachio green stink bugs Brachynema signatum, Acrosternum heegeri and Chroanta ornatula are the most important pentatomid bugs in the pistachio growing areas. In order to replication and mass production of pentatomid bugs and use their eggs to rearing the egg parasitoids wasps (T. agriope & Psix sp.) is necessary to have laboratory host. For this purpose at first, adult of bugs were collected from nature. After obtaining the eggs, nymphs were reared on the, Z. fabago, P. harmala. Sunflower and C. aqutun fruits under laboratory conditions (28 1؛C, 65 5% and 16h L: 8h D). Then nymph period and rate of fatality of nymphs and adult, length of the egg laying period and sum of number eggs were determined on mentioned hosts. The bug eggs stored in the refrigerator under three condition (4؛C, 12 and 24 hours at the 20؛C and then stored under the 4؛C). Then, once a 15 days 3 to 5 female of T. agriope and Psix sp. were released on the 100 eggs for the 24 hours, and percentage of parasitism and sex ratio were assessed. In addition, fifty eggs of each host species were put separately in the same conditions as a check. Results showed that among Z. fabago, P. harmala. and.C. aqutun fruits, the lowest length of nymph period and fatality percentage of nymph in A. heegeri, B. signatum and C. ornatulai species are observed on C. aqutun fruit with 32.14%, 44.13% and 48.8 % and 22.8, 25.4 and 27.2 day respectively. The highest weight and size difference among the nature and first generation reared female belonging to C. ornatula on P. harmala with 0.018 gr and 1.2 mm. The least weight and size difference related to B. signatum on C. aqutun with 0.008 gr and 0.5 mm. The lowest fatality of nymphs among the host shrubs such as Z. fabago, the P. harmala and S. kali belonging to A. heegeri reared on P. harmala and S. kali shrubs with 6.65% and the highest fatality of nymphs belonging to C. ornatula reared on the Z. fabago with 9.98%. The highest oviposition period and eggs laying belong to B. signatum reared on the C. aqutun with 325 eggs and 32 days. Eggs maintained 12 hours at the 20؛C and then stored under 4؛C than the other storage temperature is more favorite. In this temperature egg mortality and arrhenotoky are low and total parasitism by the T. agriope and Psix sp. is highest. Totally, the results indicated that the, B. signatum is the more suitable bug as a laboratory host and C. aqutun is the suitable host for mass production nymph stages and adults of the bugs.
