چکیده مقاله:

This thesis is devoted to the karyological studies of bat fauna of Hamadan province during 2016-2017. In this research, based on the geographical location of the province, 19 areas around 8 counties (Razan, Kabudarahang, Hamedan, Bahar, Asadabad, Malayer, Tuyserkan. And Nahavand) of the province were selected as research stations. Sampling was done during different seasons of the year (spring, summer, and autumn) at night using the Mist net and hand-made nets in caves, quants, and wall gaps, below bridges and in parks. A total of 251 live specimens (170 male and 81 female specimens) were caught. Specimens were put in special cages and they were gradually transferred to the biosystematics animal laboratory of the University of Zanjan. Using the detection key of morphological studies (Etemad, 1363), first the genus of the samples were detected, and for the diagnosis of the species, a number of male and female samples from each genus were karyologically examined using Ford and Hammerton s method (1995). The karyotype derived from the karyotype analysis showed that four species of bat including Rhinolophus ferrumequinum, Myotis.blythii, Miniopterus schreibersil, Pipistrellus kuhlii from the two families of Rhinolophidae and Vespertilionidae are distributed in these regions of Hamadan province. In the Rhinolophus ferrumequinum species, the number of diploid chromosomes was counted 58(2n=58), the total number of chromosomal arms was 62 (NF = 62) and the number of Autosomal arms was 60 (NFa = 60). In theMyotis blythii species, the number of diploid chromosomes was counted 44 (2N = 44), the total number of autosomal arms was 50 (NFa=50) and the number of chromosomal arms (NF = 56) was 56. In the Miniopterus schreibersil species, the number of diploid chromosomes was 46 (2N= 46), the total number of autosomal arms (NFa = 54) was 48 and a total number of chromosomal arms (NF = 50) was 52. In Pipistrellus kuhlii, the number of the diploid chromosomes (2N = 44) was 44, the total number of autosomal arms was 50 (NFa = 50) and the total number of chromosomal arms was counted 54 (NF 54).
