At broiler chicken flocks, Influenza vaccination use at one period, but in order to create a higher rate and protective antibody, two vaccination turns performed at age of ten days. With one vaccination program at this breeds, hemagglutination inhibition ( HI) antibody rate would be about 3-4. First vaccination program at commercial laying breeder flocks usually perform at day of 14 and the best reminder doses use at 5-6 weeks; last vaccination happens at the cage. The goal of vaccination in these flocks is to reach the titer of 6-7. At breeder flocks, three vaccination program use as below: 9-10 days, 8-10 weeks and 16-18 weeks to make 8-9 titer.
