Investigation of Diagnosis and Taking Care Methods and Their Importance in Avian Influenza

Influenza virus type A of Orthomixoviridea family considered as the pathogenic agent of Avian Influenza,which is so significant in economical and hygienic issues. Therefore, early taking care and diagnosis of disease would be essential. In this article, different diagnostic methods of Avian Influenza disease has been studied and their importance revised. Also, the results of 25 varies books and authentic national and international articles gathered together. Definite diagnosis of this disease should be performed by use of direct isolation of protein or virus gene at tissue, swap, cell culture or embryonic egg samples and/or isolation of virus. Probable diagnosis of disease can be done with significant antibody isolation of Avian Influenza Virus. Double immunodifusion, indirect and competitive ELISA, hemagglutination inhibition titer test are announced as serological tests to show the existence of significant antibodies of Avian Influenza. Different ELISA methods usually apply to screen the results and positive results approve by hemagglutination inhibition and double immunodiffusion.
