چکیده مقاله:

Persicaria (L.) Mill (Persicarieae, Polygonaceae) comprises annual and perennial plants in Iran. Members of this genus are widely distributed especially in Northern hemisphere.Due to the increasing environmental damage, plants are not safe from danger of extinction. The best way to protect plants is to know the characteristics persicaria the Bashddaray medicinal value of their taxonomic and biological conditions.Due to the fact that Vkhvraky many including rheumatoid arthritis , the treatment of dyspepsia , diarrhea , neutralize toxins and In Iran, Persicaria has been .Among the plants that should be more attention and protection ،.disinfection identified by 6 annual species: P.minor Hudson, P.hydropiper L., P.mitis Schrank, P.lapathifolia L., P.orientalis (L.) Spach and P.maculosa Gray. These species are mainly distributed in North of Iran. In this project studies was performed on 6 populations of annual species Morphologically Epi- cuticular wax petals were placed under review with the aim of separating the species from each other.Studies were done using scanning electron microscopy VEGA3 TESCAN and threemagnification of 10, 20 micrometers and 3.34 milimeters. Three mainpatterns of sculpturing and cell shape can be recognized.type1: Irregular and cuticle cells with linear bumps , spherical and pacifiers like, type2: Hives regular shape and outstanding mosaic wall, type3: Long and drawn cells and is often associated with both linear and wavy bumpsMultivariate statistical analysis was done by PAST v. 2.17 used. Our results showed that characteristics of tepalepicuticular wax can be used for species .delimitation
