چکیده مقاله:
Introduction and goal: Breast cancer is the most important factors of physical, psychological, social and endanger women, Assessment of quality of life is an importantissue that pain is one of its components, Counseling and education to patients, it is under the influence, this study aimed to determine the effect of counseling and education on pain in patients with breast cancer was performed. Materials and Methods: This study is a systematic review of the literature published databasesGoogle Scholar, Sid, Pubmed, and magiran between 2000 and 2013 is written. Results: The review of the studies suggest a positive effect on pain management consulting and training, which Heravi karimavi et al (2005) to reduce the amount of pain as a result of group counseling and guidance noted that Helgeson et al (2000) as a result of the above approved, Moleneer (2001) to reduce pain after training with the CD-ROM stated, and Oliver et al (2001) to reduce pain in patients with cancer was revealed after theindividual training Discussion and Conclusion: The findings and the positive impact of counseling and education on pain reduction in patients with considering counseling and training, we can improve their quality of life.
