چکیده مقاله:

Trust staff members on jurisdiction to positive expectations of individuals and the demands on reliability and benevolence managers and other members have referred. Trust for organizational success, ongoing changes in technologies and design roles and jobs and responsibilities is essential. Whether or not to build trust within the organization will also witness the creation of organizational change or not!, competence, stability or stability, loyalty and honesty believe, to study issues related to this issue. The population of the research staff of about 41 employees is composed of Yasouj Legal Medical. In this research, survey research method was used and questionnaire was used to collect data. In the rest of the sample using descriptive and inferential statistics, to analyze the data and test hypotheses, right or wrong, they were in the area of critical values. Notably, the results can be said that trust is closely linked to productivity, organizational commitment and effectiveness, and variable Atmadkarknan a direct effect (876/0) on organizational transformation. And the results indicate that any organization requires to make any change in the level of confidence in our organization.
