Children make up the bulk of the population. One of the most important cause of cancer deaths inthe world. They have an important role in improving the quality of life. This study aimed todetermine the effect of education on children with cancer Qods Hospital. A quasi-experimentalstudy that was performed as a team before and after the intervention, the number three matchtraining session was held for children with cancer in Qods hospital. Sampling and includes 46patients were treated. The questionnaire consisted of 50 questions about demographic informationand social awareness and mental performance. Questions before and one month after the trainingwas completed by interview. Results using descriptive statistics (t-test and repeated comparisons)and software SPSS / 16 was analyzed. Majority(55/2%) were female. Degree 79/3%) of them were highschool diploma Minister, as well as the average age of caregivers in the range of 35/28±5/23 years.The disease duration in months 10/75 ± 14/60 with the standard deviation.The results showed thatthe training does not affect interventions in families of children with malignancies (p=0/80). Theresearchers argue that their training before the full support of the government and nongovernmentalorganizations need.Distribution of subjects in terms of the overall impact of familyinterventions for children with cancer (mean 69/74 before and 70/80 after, p=0/80) showed thattraining whatsoever The frequency distribution of the results of research in terms of the effect ofeducation on emotional factors in families of children with cancer using descriptive statistics (mean73/29) before and 78/34 after the training, p =0/22) showed that, Effects of education on emotionalfactors in families of children with cancer do not have, as well as the results of a study on the impactof education on communication factors Families of children with cancer (mean 67/60 68/80 beforeand after, 68 /80 p =0/68) was ineffective.The results showed that education on families of childrenwith cancer was not statistically positive impact that this may be due to Multiple problems,including the economic problem involved in this study we investigated the family s economicsituation. According to the conclusion families to enhance the quality and comfort of living andovercome difficulties, in addition to psychosocial support to economic support from nongovernmentalorganizations need. The result of this study is that, unlike the past, the effects ofeducation on compliance families had children with malignancies And this can be a wake-up call forall education authorities chronic patients That the failure to provide the necessary conditions toget the desired result is not possible, It should be noted that this study was limited in scope and wasperformed on a small number of families.
