چکیده مقاله:

هیستوپاتولوژی علمی است که به بررسی اثرات بافتی و سلولی آلاینده ها و مواد مختل کننده سلامت موجودات می پردازد.در طول دو دهه گذشته بسیاری از تغییرات هیستوپاتولوژیک در ماهی ها و نرمتنان دوکفه ای شناخته شده اند که به عنوان نشانگرهای زیستی (بیومارکر) در مطالعه اثرات محیطی انواع آلاینده ها بکار می روند. از جمله این موارد می توان به ایجاد ناهنجاری در بافتهای آبشش، کبد، کلیه و پوست اشاره کرد. مقاله حاضر به بررسی 14 مورد از این تغییرات بر اساس قطعیت و علمی بودنشان، رابطه هریک با نوع و میزان آلاینده، میزان قاطعیت و اعتبارشان و نیز موانع و محدودیت های هریک می پردازد. میزان کارایی هر یک از این نشانگرها نیز برحسب برخی موارد مانند: رابطه اکولوژیک، میزان حساسیت، میزان اختصاصی بودن، رابطه با غلظت ماده آلاینده، عوامل مختل کننده، مشکلات تکنیکی و هزینه ها برآورد شده است.
