چکیده مقاله:

Huge population and prompt speed of economic growth of developing countries make their energy supply and consumption needs specially challenging. This can be an obstacle to future development. As well as the release of gas such as CO2, energy use, waste discharges and disposal, site contamination, effects on biodiversity and solid-liquid toxic components can be considered as serious environmental threats. Various fields such as industry, agriculture, construction and transportation section, all these references are known as an energy consumer. The role of construction industry is particularly high, since the significant portion of energy consumption (40% of the global preliminary energy consumption) is accounted for construction industry purposes. Due to respond to gradual expansion of sustainable development patterns, climate change matters and the presentation of the nation’s low carbon green growth vision, industrial sections (especially construction industry) should confederate environmental issues into their incorporated strategies. Obviously, it is necessary to observe and optimize building’s interaction with the environment. In this study, a review of the methods has been done in order to optimize the environmental performance of buildings to investigate the impact of factor such as materials with and without consideration of life cycle assessment and also emphasizes on building’s dynamic performance approach (diagnosing, monitoring and retrofitting phases).
