THE RELATION BETWEEN BARRELS OF A L.C.S AND A L.C.C

In this paper, we will correct an error that we have found it in (3). Then we will consider the following questions: if we have a barrel for E, where E is a locally cinvex vector space, then how can we make another one for E, by assuming E as a locally convex cone? Also its converse, i.e., if we have a barrel for E, where E is assumad as a locally convex cone, then how can we make another one for the locally convex vector space E?
