EVALUATING SUPPLY CHAIN AGILITY OF SUPPLYING AUTOMOTIVE PARTS COMPANY (SAPCO) AND FACTORS EFFECTING IT

This study has been conducted aiming to evaluate the design and supply chain agility of Supplying Automotive Parts Company (SAPCO) and factors affecting it and coordinating the processes on it. The study was conducted using a questionnaire based on the survey method. The population of the study included all the managers and senior managers of SAPCO manufacturer of Grade and the presidents and vice presidents of the company which include a total of 50 people. Also, due to the low population size, all the 50 samples were considered as the statistical sample to collect information. Research findings have shown that the agility of the supply chain in SAPCO was at a nearly appropriate level. Further, it was testing the research hypotheses showed that the independent variables of efficiency and integration and coordination all had significant effect on the ratio of agility. Results of the multiple-regression analysis of the supply chain agility showed that the independent variables (efficiency and integration- coordination of the processes) entered in the equation explained the 0.45 percent of all the changes in dependent variable of the agility of the supply chain .
