چکیده مقاله:

This study examines the relation between servant leadership and organizational identity andjob involvement in Tax office of Guilan in Iran. One hundred and twenty two employees areparticipated in the study. For this purpose, a questionnaire with three parts was used. Thequestionnaire included three main sections, namely servant leadership, job involvement, andorganizational identity. The analysis of the data obtained through the questionnaire indicatedthat servant leadership has significant effect on organizational identity and job involvement.Also, job involvement has positive effect on organizational identity. The findings,implications of the study, and suggestions for further research in this field are discussed indetail
