چکیده مقاله:
Work-life balance, as one of the key components of occupational health and human capital sustainability, represents the degree of compatibility between the roles and demands of the work domain and individual and family responsibilities and needs. In the armed forces, due to the mission-oriented nature, rigid hierarchy, and operational pressures, managing this balance is of strategic importance. The purpose of the present study is to identify, structurally model, and analyze the relationships among the factors affecting work-life balance in the armed forces by using the combined approach of "Interpretive Structural Modeling" (ISM) and "MICMAC analysis." In this qualitative expert-oriented study, after extracting the factors through a review of the literature and screening by experts, the relationships among the factors were determined in the form of a Structural Self-Interaction Matrix (SSIM), and finally, factor leveling and driving/dependence power analysis were conducted. The findings of this study depict the hierarchy of factors from foundational levels to outcome levels, and MICMAC analysis identifies the key factors requiring special attention from organizational policymakers. The results of this modeling provide an applicable framework for formulating welfare and managerial programs in military organizations.
