چکیده مقاله:
Land Surface Temperature (LST) is one of the key indicators in agriculture, and its accurate estimation can play a significant role in water and soil resource management, crop planning, and reducing thermal risks. In the present study, in order to map the land surface temperature in Sowme’eh Sara County, Landsat ۸ satellite images (TIRS and OLI sensors) and the Single-Channel (SC) algorithm were used for producing final maps of LST. The temperature data were calibrated using meteorological station information, and near-surface air temperature were produced. The results showed that on October ۲۸, the LST ranged from ۱۷ to ۳۱ °C, and on November ۲۹, it varied between ۵ and ۱۷ °C. Moreover, analysis of land use map indicated that the highest temperature values corresponded to urban areas, while the lowest values were observed in forested and mountainous regions. According to the findings, most agricultural lands in the region had favorable temperature conditions for autumn cropping in October, with only the late November period posing some limitations due to the risk of temperature decline. This study demonstrated that the integration of remote sensing data with meteorological information serves as an efficient tool for monitoring land thermal conditions and planning autumn cropping.
