چکیده مقاله:

This paper investigates the dual impact of Generative AI on the future of work and entrepreneurial ecosystems. The primary objective is to develop an integrated conceptual framework that synthesizes these two often-siloed research streams, moving beyond the prevailing narrative of job displacement. Adopting a conceptual approach grounded in a structured, integrative literature review, this study systematically analyzes and synthesizes existing evidence on the socio-economic effects of Generative AI. Our synthesis reveals that the dominant impact is not mass job displacement but a profound job reconfiguration, driven by task automation and human-AI augmentation. This process elevates the demand for higher-order cognitive and collaborative skills while simultaneously lowering barriers to new venture creation. We find that the ultimate balance between job transformation and opportunity creation is contingent upon critical firm-level and ecosystem moderators, including managerial strategy and institutional support. The paper concludes that Generative AI is a dual-edged force, presenting both significant risks of inequality and powerful opportunities for innovation and productivity growth. The findings hold critical implications for policymakers aiming to foster inclusive growth and for organizational leaders redesigning work and strategy in the age of AI.
