چکیده مقاله:

Advances in high throughput sequencing and omics technologies have generated vast amounts of biological data, transforming modern life sciences and biomedical research. Genomic and multi omics data analysis plays a critical role in understanding the complex molecular mechanisms underlying biological systems, diseases, and therapeutic responses. This study explores the principles, methodologies, and analytical frameworks used in genomic and omics data analysis, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. By integrating diverse biological datasets, researchers can identify functional genes, regulatory networks, and biomarkers associated with various physiological and pathological conditions. The paper also discusses key computational approaches such as bioinformatics pipelines, machine learning techniques, and statistical modeling that facilitate the interpretation of large scale biological datasets. Despite the rapid development of analytical tools, several challenges remain, including data heterogeneity, high dimensionality, reproducibility issues, and the need for robust data integration strategies. Addressing these challenges requires interdisciplinary collaboration between biology, computer science, and statistics. Ultimately, genomic and omics data analysis contributes significantly to precision medicine, drug discovery, and systems biology by enabling a deeper understanding of biological complexity and personalized healthcare strategies. Continued improvements in computational methods and data integration techniques are expected to further enhance the impact of omics research in the future.
