چکیده مقاله:

With the spread of chronic and inflammatory diseases in today's society, MS is very significant. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neurodegenerative inflammatory disease that is associated with physical, mental problems and disabilities. Its prevalence is twice as common in women as men. The function of neuronal myelin degradation in this disease occurs more in the cervical region of the spinal cord. The advanced stages of the disease disrupt the immune system, the body's antioxidant activity and the proper functioning of nerve cells. This disease causes the overexpression of immune inflammatory factors such as interleukin ۶ (IL-۶), decreases the amount of Hot Shock Proteins ۷۰ (HSP), Increases the activity of JAK/STAT signalling paths as well as MAPK/ERK and also the expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) plays an important role in this disease. For the treatment of MS, there are several chemical drugs such as Fingolimod, Glatiramer acetate, Natalizumab, which inhibit the function of inflammatory factors, angiogenesis and prevent the destruction of neurons. In this study, with the aim of reducing the use of chemical drugs, reducing its side effects, as well as helping to treat this disease, aerobic exercises such as swimming in water were tested on groups of C۵۷BL/۶ mice induced by MS. According to the ethical protocols performed and methods for purifying the DNA of mice, according to statistical data, it was found that aerobic exercise can inhibit the mentioned signalling (JAK/STAT, MAPK/ERK) pathways, the expression of inflammatory factors and the entry of immune cells into the CNS as a therapeutic supplement.
